Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at admin@drenchies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges only for first-time customers and strictly at our discretion.
If approved, the fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product and place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
